Empennage September Updates September 2, 2004 Completed the Horizontal Stabelizer! Installed the rear spar and squeezed the rivets with the hand squeezer. Yes it is true.... It is finally complete. Time to move on to the rudder. I am gettin on a roll now. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
