Empennage July Updates July 24, 2004 Unclecoed skin from frame. Deburred right ribs and spars for HS. Also primed both sides of HS ribs and spars. Prepared HS Frame for riveting. Dimpled right side spars. Countersunk 4 flush holes on HS-710 and HS-714. Reprimed the countersunk holes. This website was built to document my work in compliance with the FAA requirements needed to certify my aircraft.
